Collective Agreement for Shelter (Unit A) and Housing (Unit B)

A Collective Agreement is a written agreement between the union and employer that tells workers and the employer what their rights and responsibilities are. It is also called a “contract”. The collective agreement covers such things as:  wages, benefits, hours of work, conditions of work, seniority and how to handle disagreements.
